Within our premium Personal Training service, we don’t just train you—we manage your health.

You’ll receive a fully integrated plan spanning training, rehabilitation, recovery, nutrition, stress management, sleep, and performance optimisation. Everything is structured, measurable, and aligned to your outcome.

Execution happens through dedicated weekly coaching sessions, with ongoing adjustments based on your progress. You’ll also have direct access to your clinician for support throughout the week.

Focussing on lowering body fat levels and increasing lean muscle mass is a big focus at Body Clinic. A healthier body composition reduces the risk of chronic disease and makes you look and feel at your best. We focus on specific markers on DEXA scans and perform regular calliper and body measurements.

We focus on building sustainable habits that support lean muscle, fat loss, strength development, and optimal metabolic, hormonal, and cardiovascular function.

Exercise and movement is your biggest lever when it comes to optimising your health, performance and longevity. We use very specific scientific approaches to losing fat, growing muscle, optimising posture, rehabilitating injury and reducing pain. Structuring and planning every aspect of exercise to fit your weekly schedule, utilising weight training, aerobic exercise, interval training, flexibility, mobility and corrective exercise approaches completely tailored to your specific goal.
