BODY MECHANICS AND POSTURE
A holistic look at your posture to identify imbalances and bring you back to a state of optimal function. Your posture not only has effects on your joints, muscles and soft tissues, it also has a significant impact on the function of your internal organs, breathing, circulation, digestion and psychology. It is a fundamental building block for all of our clients.
DIGESTION AND NUTRITION
The foods we eat contain the type, and quality of information which can either shift us to a state of poor health or optimal health. Taking a step further back, the balance of the microbes living in your gut and the health of the gut wall itself determine how much of the nutritional information you eat is actually absorbed into the body. We teach our clients the fundamental principles of good nutrition for health and body composition, as well as how to optimise gut health for life. Customised entirely, to you.

I organise every aspect of exercise to fit your weekly schedule, utilising specific strategies with weight training, aerobic exercise, interval training, flexibility, mobility and corrective exercise approaches to make you feel and look the best.
