16-Week Clinically Led
Body & Health Mastermind
Build a stronger, leaner, healthier body—with a plan that accounts for your injuries, health markers and real life.
A 16-week online coaching mastermind for people who want to lose fat, build muscle, manage injuries and improve relevant health markers.
Trusted by business leaders, politicians, billionaires, Hollywood actors and 400+ professionals from Australia, USA, Dubai, and the UK.

This is not another generic online fitness program.
Most online programs sit at the extremes: generic workouts and meal plans with little individualisation, or unrealistic six-day workout plans with strict diets that do not suit most middle-aged people. They are often run by young fitness influencers who expect you to follow the same routine they do—while you have ten times the responsibilities and half the time.
Body Clinic Online is run by experienced clinicians and coaches who combine physiotherapy, clinical exercise physiology and personal training.
We are middle-aged professionals with children ourselves, so we do not ask you to waste time on things that do not work or require an unsustainable amount of time.
Instead, you will follow a proven framework used with more than 400 clients over the last 10 years—including two billionaires, multiple CEOs, stay-at-home mums and professionals from more than 20 industries.
Your starting strategy is built around your goals, training history, injuries, movement limitations, body composition, nutrition and relevant health data.
The difference: fitness coaching with a clinical lens
Getting leaner or stronger should not mean ignoring persistent pain, working around injuries indefinitely, or treating blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, body composition and other health markers as somebody else’s problem.
The program brings these areas together. The objective is not simply to change the number on the scales. It is to improve the way you look, move, perform and manage your long-term health.

How the 16 weeks work
1. Your initial one-hour individual consultation
Your program begins with a private 60-minute consultation with a dedicated coach. We review your goals, training history, current ability, injuries, nutrition, measurements, lifestyle, recovery and practical barriers. DEXA results, blood tests and relevant health markers can also be considered when available.
From this assessment, you receive an individual strategy covering your training pathway, nutrition targets, rehabilitation modifications, cardiovascular work and health priorities for the 16 weeks.
2. A structured 16-week training program
You are not left to invent your own plan. You follow a structured training system designed to progress strength, muscle, fitness and body composition.
Your initial assessment determines the appropriate program and any modifications required for injuries, movement limitations, training experience or equipment access.
3. Individual nutrition strategy
Rather than handing everyone the same meal plan, we focus on nutrition principles appropriate to your main goals and health priorities.
You learn how to manage calories, protein, meal structure, food quality, eating out, alcohol, hunger, adherence and adjustments—so you can manage your nutrition beyond the 16 weeks.
4. Corrective exercise and injury management
One of the major differences between this program and conventional online coaching is the ability to account for pain, previous injuries and movement limitations from the outset.
Where appropriate, your training is supported with corrective or rehabilitation strategies rather than simply telling you to avoid an exercise or train through pain.
5. Health markers, blood tests and DEXA
If you already have recent blood tests or a DEXA scan, these can form part of the broader health discussion during your individual reviews.
Together, we can identify markers that may respond to lifestyle intervention and set practical goals for the program.
6. Fortnightly live group coaching
Every two weeks there is a live group coaching and Q&A session. Ask questions, troubleshoot problems and learn from other members’ experiences.
Topics can include training progression, fat-loss plateaus, nutrition, injuries, corrective exercise, recovery, body composition, DEXA, health markers and maintaining results.
7. Private member community
You receive access to the program’s private online community for the full 16 weeks.
-
Ask questions between coaching calls
-
Share progress and wins
-
Access announcements and coaching updates
-
Learn from other members’ questions
-
Stay accountable without relying on weekly one-to-one appointments
8. Your eight-week individual review
At the halfway point, you receive a private 30-minute review. We assess progress, identify what is and is not working, review relevant measurements and make appropriate changes to your training, nutrition or health strategy.
9. Your 16-week individual review
At the end of the program, you receive a final 30-minute private review. We compare your results with baseline, review your progress and establish the next phase so you are not left wondering what to do when the program ends.
